Food Truck Central is a casual Seacoast food truck park in Eliot, just over the Kittery line, with a lineup of local trucks that rotates daily. Farmer Bill's Frozen Custard is an anchor vendor on site every day the park is open. There is outdoor seating and a family-friendly, community-gathering vibe, with a constantly changing menu of options depending on which trucks are scheduled. It operates through the warm season, weather permitting.
