Trucks at the Track gathers up to ten food trucks at the town-owned Cornish fairgrounds and horse-racing track off Route 25. Some evenings add free live music as part of the town's summer series, making for a relaxed, family-friendly night out on the wide-open grounds. The lineup rotates from event to event. It runs on select, roughly bi-weekly Tuesday evenings from spring into fall.
