Fred’s Fries

Fred's Fries is a new mobile food business from Fred McNair — owner of Fred's Fried Dough — launching in Portland's Old Port. The menu (still in development) is set to feature loaded fries: poutine, garlic marinara fries, fries topped with pulled pork or chicken, and the "We Love Maine" fries topped with Maine lobster and butter or mayo.
