A family-run Filipino food truck from U.S. Navy veteran Jon Tremain and his wife Emily, based in Richmond, Maine. Kabayan brings authentic Philippine home cooking — lumpia, pancit, siopao and more — to fairs, festivals and food-truck nights across central Maine, "bringing the taste of the Far East to you in the Northeast."
