The Waterville Food Truck Park is a newly launched park on busy Kennedy Memorial Drive, built with about six permanent, fully serviced vendor spots on a one-acre site. A rotating cast of more than twenty vendors passes through, with regulars including I'd Wrap That, El Agave's on Wheels, Bruno's Bite, Konezone and Jay's Dumpling Truck serving cuisines from Thai and Caribbean to barbecue and baked goods. It's an everyday casual-dining stop rather than an occasional event. The park is open daily.
